COVID-19 Precautions at the Richmond Cattle Barons’ Ball

Due to the current surge in cases created by the COVID-19 pandemic, the Richmond Cattle Baron’s Ball might look different this year, but our passion and commitment to fight cancer is unchanged. The health and safety of all our guests and participants is always our top priority.  If you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone who recently tested positive for COVID-19, you should stay home. People who are not vaccinated, have underlying health conditions, or taking medications that weaken the immune system,  should not attend this event; if you choose to attend you should wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking.  We appreciate your understanding and if you are unable to attend, we hope you will continue to support our mission by donating here.

As an added safeguard to the precautions outlined above:

  • Masks must be worn by all attendees at registration. Once inside the arena, masks may be removed.
  • We have made the decision to remove the tent walls from the arena, making the space an open-air venue. You should plan to dress accordingly.
  • Social distancing of 6 feet between guests will be enforced at registration.
  • Hand sanitation stations will be placed throughout the venue and at each table.
  • ACS staff and volunteers working the event must be vaccinated.
