The Cattle Baron’s Ball is the American Cancer Society’s signature western event with more than 50 Cattle Baron events nationwide. The Richmond Cattle Baron’s Ball is a Western themed gala and is a premier event in the Richmond area. With the help of Haley Automotive Group and other generous sponsors, we are thrilled to bring this signature western event to Richmond, Virginia!

The next Richmond Cattle Baron’s Ball will take place Saturday, October 19, 2024 from 6pm-11pm at Keystone Acres: 12900 River Road, Chesterfield, VA 23838

This is a “Cowboy Chic” affair. Wear your favorite Western attire. Cowboy boots and jeans are encouraged. The terrain is gravel and semi-soft concrete; save your high heels for a different gala. This is an open air venue so we advise you check the weather and plan to dress accordingly. There will not be a coat check at this event.

This is the perfect night to leave the little ones at home.  You should be at least 21 years old to attend our event.

A smile and your dancing shoes! You will be pre-registered for the event and will only need your name at registration (no ticket required). Your credit card will be placed on file for any purchases you make throughout the evening. We have incredible live and silent auction items for you to bid on. You can also enjoy participating in our wine pull and more!

Guests of the Richmond Cattle Baron’s Ball will have the opportunity to participate in live and silent auctions, wine pull, Haley Automotive’s car raffle and much more. Guests will also enjoy delicious food and spirits, along with our evening program and live entertainment!

Self-parking will be available at the venue. Follow directional signage to your preferred parking option.

Yes! You can visit our website, www.richmondcattlebaronsball.org/auction for a listing of this year’s auction items. This list is updated regularly, so check back often! You will also have an opportunity to pre-register for mobile bidding and begin bidding before the event begins! Guests will receive an email with instructions to begin bidding early.

Contact your company’s Human Resources department to inquire about any matching programs offered. Once your company has matched your donation, please let us know so we can ensure your matching gift is credited to the 2024 Richmond Cattle Baron’s Ball.
